She/They is not a life coach, rather coaching herself through life today and everyday

I didn’t start this journey because I had everything figured out.

I started it when I realized no one was coming to save me.

There was a time in my life where I felt defeated, worthless, and honestly… tired of everything.

I didn’t understand why so much pain and rejection seemed to follow me, or why I felt so easy to overlook and hard to love.

And at some point, I had to face a hard truth:

If I wanted to feel better, I had to start showing up for myself.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.

But consistently.

This space was created as I learned how to rebuild my relationship with myself.

For me, self-love doesn’t look like a one-day reset or a quick fix.

It looks like choosing yourself over and over again.

It’s listening to your body when something feels off.

It’s honoring what makes you comfortable—and not wavering on that for anyone.

It’s setting boundaries, even when it’s hard.

It’s having honest conversations, even when they’re uncomfortable.

It’s the face masks, the journaling, the quiet moments…

but it’s also the hard decisions, the tears, and the growth that comes with them.

I’m still learning. Still healing. Still becoming.

But I’m becoming a woman who is honest with herself, aware of what she needs, and intentional about how she lives, loves, and shows up in the world.

If you’re on that journey too—

you’re not alone.

I’m right here with you.
