Everyone experiences spouts of loneliness, depression, anxiety or even thoughts of self harm. You are not alone. Below are a few resources that helps me and those in my community deal with times like these.
National Alliance of Mental Illness states common signs of mental illness in adults and adolescents can include the following:
Feeling excessively sad or low
Prolonged or strong feelings of irritability or anger
Avoiding friends and social activities
Changes in eating habits such as increased hunger or lack of appetite
Changes in sex drive
